The council requires every “relevant person” to be told about the application — the freeholder, any mortgage lender, a managing agent, and any other leaseholder. Add each one you know of (name and address). Skip this if none apply.

The council asks these about the proposed licence holder (and manager, if different). Answering yes doesn’t automatically stop a licence — brief details only, and we’ll call to discuss anything sensitive before it goes near the application.
